ProSwing Baseball and Softball is an indoor baseball/softball training facility that provides both personalized and small group training, and also serves as the organizational center for travel softball and baseball teams. ProSwing of Mount Kisco is looking to fill select instructor positions with (the chance for) growth and management potential. We are looking for energetic, creative, self-motivated and enthusiastic instructors to join our ProSwing Team. We are looking for both head instructors and junior instructors.

This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact and gain experience in a growing and dynamic field.

You must be a self-starter with the ability to market yourself. Our instructors provide personalized attention and professional instruction for each client in order to maximize his/her health, fitness and athletic goals, while providing the highest level of customer service. In addition, you should be prepared to work with groups, as well as our travel teams.

Resume Requirements

• Former/Current Baseball/ Softball Experience
  • College graduate with collegiate baseball/softball experience for a Head Instructor position
  • Current college or high school students with at least high school baseball/softball experience for a Junior Instructor position
• Excellent verbal/communication skills
• Honesty and personal integrity
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
• Passionate, ambitious, driven with a great baseball/softball IQ
