We have partnered with Tim Panetta, a ProSwing alumni, to offer complete athletic training in-house. Tim’s TP Strength has opened its new state-of-the-art training center right within ProSwing. All speed and agility and strength and conditioning for teams and specialty clinics will now be run by Tim and his team of professional trainers. In addition, Tim will also be providing private and semi-private lessons and adult fitness classes as well. We want this to be your one-stop-shop for all things baseball training.More Info…
“The Yard” at ProSwing is a 9,100 square foot, astroturf facility located off Lexington Ave. in Mount Kisco. It’s the perfect setting for every baseball and softball player from beginner to professional. The “Yard” is designed to accommodate individual, group or team instruction by providing the equipment, professional instructors and a safe, comfortable environment for players and parents.
ProSwing is dedicated to providing every player with the necessary fundamental skill set in order to maximize potential and excel on the ball field. Our teaching techniques and drills are based on sound, simple principles that allow for consistent development and a solid understanding of the different aspects of the game. Every student is measured, taught and nurtured solely on their own ability level and desire to become better. We believe the true value of youth athletics and after school activities are to use them as vehicles for individual self-esteem and confidence-building. The daily mission is to create within our facility a safe, comfortable learning environment that enhances knowledge and passion for the game and accelerates personal satisfaction and growth.
